I’m following that creative drive of finding what’s on the other side, using speculative fiction set in the contemporary world. For now I’ll be posting short stories and flash fiction to sharpen up to write my planned novel, which will explore further using elements of fantasy and folk horror.

A bit about me…

I spent my teens through to early thirties playing in bands – drums, guitar and singing mostly punk and garage rock. I’ve been working full time in engineering for over ten years and had a short stint as a national news reporter in my earlier years. Now a father, entering my 40th year, it’s time to put down the instruments and face up to my ambition of writing fiction.

My first publishings will be posted here, starting August 2025.
